Supergravity swirl oil-water separator

Overview

Supergravity cyclone oil and water separator is a device that uses the principle of supergravity to separate oil and water. The device uses oil and water of different specific gravity, and is naturally separated in the pipeline under the action of centrifugal force. The oil with a small specific proportion is located in the center of the pipe, and the larger water is located in the outer layer of the pipe. The oil and water are separated separately and collected separately. The device is suitable for high water content oil and water separation of oil and gas field combined station, oil and water reduction treatment of offshore oil platform and offshore crude oil leakage collection.

Application solution

The daily liquid volume of an offshore platform is 500m3, and the moisture content is over 70%. Due to the limited space of the offshore platform, the separation tank cannot be set up for oil and water separation, and the high moisture crude oil produced is usually transferred to the shore for treatment, resulting in a huge pipeline transmission system.

The supergravity cyclone oil-water separator has the characteristics of small size and fast separation. It can set up three sets on the offshore platform, with one standby, and can separate the oil-water mixture of more than 500m3 every day. After separation, about 150m3 of crude oil is transported to the shore, and the separated sewage can be reinjected back or discharged. The device can greatly reduce the volume of the tube transport and heating system.
