Self-force liquid level tracking control valve

Overview

Self-propelled liquid level tracking control valve is a new type of liquid level control valve to improve the traditional liquid level control process. It is mainly suitable for high temperature and high pressure working conditions. The regulating valve is designed based on the principle of mutual restraint of air-liquid flow, that is, when the liquid level rises, the floating ball rises, the outlet circulation area of the valve seat decreases, and the outlet area of the valve seat increases; when the opposite level decreases, the floating ball drops, the circulation area of the outlet of the valve seat increases, and the outlet area of the hydraulic seat decreases. Due to the mutual constraint of the flow rate of gas and liquid phases, the relative stability of the internal level inside the separator is guaranteed, and the gas and liquid are discharged orderly along their respective channels.

It is mainly composed of valve body, valve core, valve stem, floating ball, floating ball cylinder and connection flange.
