This automated tank cleaning comes with sludge oil recovery facility, enabling clients to achieve specific separation
requirements:
Via the Centrifuge Separation Module, the fluidized oil sludge will be separated into clean oil, water and solids.
The centrifuge tricanter in the module performs 3-phase liquid/solid separation, while high speed separator makes oil/water separation from the sludge.
More than 90% of the sludge oil may be recovered. The clean oil will be pumped back and can be reused.
