Overview
CNC multi-way valve is the key device of automatic well selection metering of oil field metering station. Its well selection function can replace the conventional metering manifold and electric three-way valve set. It is equipped with oil and gas separation device, flow instrument and metering control (PLC) system, and can realize remote and field automatic well selection metering. The device is also used for the well selection control of all kinds of dilute oil, heavy oil, CBM and shale gas well stations.
Device composition
It is mainly composed of valve body part, connection component, electric actuator and control cabinet.
Operational principle
The electric actuator is driven by the shaft selection signal control of the upper machine or control cabinet. When the valve core is connected with the inflow inlet of the selected well, the inflow enters the valve core and then enters the metering pipeline through the metering outlet. The other unmeasured inflow is collected in the valve body and enters the collecting pipeline from the collecting outlet. When the measurement is complete, repeat the above process and continue with the next incoming liquid inlet measurement.
