Self-cleaning filter is a filter device used with the gathering and transportation process equipment of oil and gas field station.
Operational principle
The device is designed and modified based on the principle of inertial desander, and is usually installed in a bypass process. When the inlet pressure increases significantly, it means that the dirt blocks the filter screen. At this time, close the F1 outlet valve, open the F2 bypass process valve, and wash the dirt into the back pipeline pipeline by its own pressure, so as to effectively protect the treatment equipment and instrument.
