Overview
With the development of shale oil and gas fields, the output of various waste liquid for difficult treatment operations such as fracturing redischarge fluid, drilling waste fluid, waste acidification waste liquid and well washing waste liquid is gradually increasing. It is important for oil and gas companies to recycle them to achieve zero emissions, which is the primary problem solved by domestic and foreign oil and gas companies.
The oil and gas fields are generally characterized by scattered single well location and low liquid volume, different targets of waste liquid reuse and different water quality standards. In this regard, we need to develop a targeted, modular treatment process and device, timely according to the fracturing, drilling and other operation site requirements, combine different modules to achieve the waste liquid standard reuse. The treatment technology of oilfield fracturing return fluid is mainly treated through physical, chemical, electrochemical, biological or multiple methods.
