Standard discharge and discharge treatment system from oil and gas fields

Overview

The effluent treatment system of oil and gas fields is designed for the problem that there is no place for the surplus sewage in oil and gas fields. Core process route: temperature regulation unit, oil removal unit, hydrolysis acidification unit, contact oxidation unit, sedimentation solid-liquid separation unit, filtration unit, or advanced oxidation unit.

The system can deal with the water produced from conventional oil and gas fields, achieve the standard discharge of sewage, and can put forward an effective process route according to the actual water quality. The whole system adopts skid-mounted modular structure, which is convenient for factory prefabrication, reduces the site installation operation, shortens the construction cycle, and reduces the site operation cost and construction risk.

Device composition

It is mainly composed of temperature regulating unit (cooling tower or heat exchanger device), oil removal unit (air flotation or coagulation sedimentation device), hydrolysis acidification unit (UASB reactor or packing skid block), contact oxidation unit (aerated filling block), settlement solid-liquid separation unit (inclined plate / inclined pipe filling block), filtration unit (multi-medium filtration skid) or advanced oxidation unit (ozone processing skid) and electrical automatic control system. Adding the filter unit or advanced oxidation unit after the settlement unit of the inclined plate can ensure the color and turbidity of the effluent water and ensure the stable effluent reaching the standard.
