Overview

MBR domestic sewage integrated treatment skid in oil and gas fields is used to treat domestic sewage in oil and gas fields in remote areas, field sites, scenic spots, villages and other rural areas.

The device is using “A / O + MBR” as the core processing process. Among them, the membrane bioreactor (MBR) is a new sewage treatment technology that organically combines the membrane separation technology and biological technology. It uses the membrane separation equipment to intercept the activated sludge and macromolecular organic substances in the biochemical reaction tank, saving the secondary sedimentation tank. The membrane interception can ensure the high sludge concentration in the reaction tank, the hydraulic residence time (HRT) and sludge residence time (SRT) can be controlled respectively, and the refractory organic matter can be fully degraded in the reaction tank. Therefore, the MBR process is one of the most advanced sewage treatment technologies.

Device composition

The device is composed of two parts: front-end biochemical treatment unit and control unit: the biochemical treatment unit is mainly composed of anoxic pool, aerobic tank and membrane tank; the control unit is mainly composed of production pump, fan, dosing device, instrument, automatic control valve and electric control cabinet. It controls the equipment automatically by detecting flow rate, pressure, liquid level and operation state.
